The competent knowledge of my work has been around of over 15 years of experience in the domain of fitness- and personal training. I studied sports in Germany/Frankfurt:

     -Sport scientist (focus: prevention & rehabilitation)
     -Personal Trainerin
     -Check Up (measuring energy metabolism on moderate exertion)
     -Nutrition advice (Nutrition analysis)
     -K-Taping (from muscle tension and back pain to tennis elbow       and migraine right up to menstrual cramps and voiding disorder)

I love to inspire and motivate others to reach their maximum potential and to find their own physical and mental balance between all the difficulties of life. Each person needs an individual treatment, because everybody and every body react differently.
